At Thesis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it and attach it to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Ensure the apparel is securely packed and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
